To strengthen our development team, FLEXOO is looking for a Testing Engineer (m/f/d) for a permanent position. In this role, you will establish and lead data-driven quality assurance processes that ensure robust, compliant, and scalable product quality for the next generation of printed electronics and smart sensors.
Your impact as Testing Engineer (m/f/d) at FLEXOO
You will be responsible for defining testing and QA strategies, establishing quality KPIs and governance models, driving data-driven improvements using statistical methods, and implementing QA automation solutions. Working closely with R&D, production, and external partners, you'll play a key role in ensuring consistently high product quality across the entire product lifecycle.
