Your contribution: Turning data into intelligence
In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, embedded systems, and sensor technology. You will design intelligent models that enhance the performance and robustness of next‑generation devices.
Your responsibilities as AI Engineer (m/f/d) include:
- Designing and implementing end‑to‑end AI pipelines for time‑series and event‑driven sensor data (pressure, temperature, current, voltage, etc.)
- Combining physical models with data‑driven ML through hybrid or physics‑informed approaches
- Deploying and optimizing AI models on embedded and edge hardware such as microcontrollers or gateways
- Collaborating with hardware, firmware, and systems engineers to integrate electronics, data acquisition, and AI inference into real devices - from battery stacks to robotic systems
- Developing and benchmarking regression and classification models for state estimation, anomaly detection, and remaining useful life prediction
