FLEXOO joins Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG)

FLEXOO becomes a member of AIAG

FLEXOO has joined the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), strengthening its commitment to alignment with international automotive standards and collaborative industry development.

AIAG is a globally recognized, not‑for‑profit association that brings together OEMs, suppliers, and service providers across the automotive value chain. Its work focuses on developing common standards and best practices in areas such as quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and product lifecycle processes. By becoming an AIAG member, FLEXOO is now part of this international network dedicated to advancing consistency, efficiency, and interoperability within the automotive industry.

Strengthening industry alignment in automotive applications

FLEXOO’s membership reflects the growing relevance of its technologies - ranging from printed sensor systems to sensor‑enabled data solutions - for automotive and industrial applications. As automotive systems become increasingly software‑driven and sensor‑intensive, alignment with established industry frameworks and standards is becoming more important across development, integration, and scaling.

Through AIAG, FLEXOO gains structured access to cross‑industry exchange, working groups, and reference frameworks that shape how automotive technologies are specified, evaluated, and implemented. This enables a deeper understanding of evolving industry requirements and supports dialogue with OEMs and tier‑level suppliers on shared challenges.

Contributing to collaboration and standardization

AIAG serves as a platform for collaborative problem‑solving among automotive stakeholders worldwide. FLEXOO’s participation supports its goal of contributing practical perspectives from emerging technology fields - such as sensor‑based perception, data acquisition in the physical world, and system integration at the interface of hardware and AI.

At the same time, the membership provides FLEXOO with insights into current and future topics relevant to the automotive ecosystem, including quality processes, digitalization, and scalable industrial deployment.
